Over the years Hudson’s population has been on the decline for the simple fact housing is too expensive for people to afford. This decline is causing less essential workers such as grocery store workers, childcare workers, plumbers, electricians, etc.

Lack of these people have resulted in Hudson turning less into a community and more into a tourist spot.

Here at build Hudson we aim to give affordable housing while making your home look great. We all say “Just because the rent is affordable does not mean the homes have to look abandon.” We want to put that neighborly feel back into Hudson.

While not only focusing on housing we want to help the youth by teaching them a skill. We have a workforce development program aiming to give the youth a sense of the life of a contractor. This also reaches them whether they are the type of people who like to work with their hands or not.
