250-2 Union Street:

Construction of multi-family affordable housing designed by Liam Turkle Architects. 

Through an ongoing collaboration with Hudson Dots, an affordable housing initiative of the Spark of Hudson, Build Hudson worked with Liam Turkle, the State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) and Hudson Historic Preservation to redesign a multi unit apartment complex on Union Street. Once completed 250-252 Union will provide four affordable family apartments. 

Over the course of the renovation of 250-252 Union, we will complete a total renovation of the building from the foundation and framing to replicating historic millwork and trim details.
